CFV - Dragonic Overlord "The Legend"/"The X Nov16

Doing an update on my Overlord deck, it roughly plays the same but with more emphasis on "The Legend". I've previously said that "The Legend" is very lackluster, that comment still remains for me however the meta has simply gotten too fast to warrant the whole legion loop/grind game, with this in mind I feel "The Legend" is the better option considering his GB2 can be a strong offensive recovery play.

*Notes* (in order of cards)
  • I'm playing 1 copy of Seal Dragon, Crossorigin; this is the free slot and you can play whatever you want but for those that don't know even without a "Seal Dragon" heart the second and third part of his skill still goes off so your opponent still has to reveal the top 4 cards of their deck, shuffle and Crossorigin still gets the crit if your opponent has 2 or more rear-guards. A 26k+ with crit first stride isn't bad at all and you get to set up for Taiten next turn effectively having 3 straight turns of crit...
  • "The Legend" is the main vanguard now mostly because of his on ride skill. Being able to search either a Neoflame/Burnout, PG, heal trigger or stride fodder is extremely advantageous in the current meta. Adding a heal to your hand makes your opponent think twice before attacking. "The Legend's" GB2 skill is also nice to have if you ever want to hit draw or heal triggers otherwise he's mostly a vanilla throughout the game.
  • Still playing "The X/The End" as my backup G3s, you can play whatever to be honest; Blademaster, "The Great", Spherical Lord etc are all fine alternatives. I personally still prefer "The X" because with "The Legend's" on ride skill I can actually still legion loop if the game ever gets to that stage otherwise "The X" is still quite a relevant G3 to sit on.
  • Neoflame is now maxed out; he really is the star of the show now...he shuts down early game rush, Golds, Royals and Granblues will cry when they see you play this after they've made a column on grade 2.
  • Bellog is back in the deck now, he has some uses but really his for Gear Chronicle...one of the biggest "F.U" to the Melem/History maker combos.
  • I've changed some of the crits to Rakshasa, I previously refused to use them because his kinda...ugly...=P but really gotta use the best cards to be competitive right...? Kagero genrally has weak rear-guard columns, Rakshasa can help hit some pretty nice numbers between Taiten and Burnout.
